About Sharon

Hi, I previously lived in the county of Prince George for over twenty years and currently I reside in the city of Colonial Heights. Living in and near the tri-city area most of my life gives me basic knowledge and familiarity. As a realtor I am so excited about the goals I've set in place in serving my clients in all their real estate needs. My background in real estate before becoming licensed was in real estate investing which included the renovation process. To restore value back to what was once a dilapidated home is very fulfilling. To be able to educate and show others how attainable home ownership can be is truly a gratifyingly experience as well.

Now that I'm a local licensed agent, I would love to have the opportunity to help serve and guide you through the process of becoming a homeowner as well. I will be honest and upfront from the time we meet and sign the listing agreement to the day of settlement and beyond. I am always looking for ways to learn more about the real estate industry. Recently I received the SRS/Seller Representative Specialist designation and I will continue to look for ways to improve myself so that as a professional realtor, I am better able to serve you.

When I'm not working for my clients 100% you can probably find me reading, writing, or spending time with family at home or with my Weichert family.
